As mentioned in frenic/csstype#58. These properties are valid and commonly used as fallback to an old spec of CSS Grid.

Well, those are just prefixed variants of grid-row and grid-column using an older syntax.

But should they be defined here with correct syntax or in mdn/browser-compat-data as a prefix?

I think this should be closed, as IE-only features should not be added due the IE has stopped its official support.
