D: No MultiFormat Readers were able to detect the code.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://scanapp.org/'
2. Click on Scan an Image File
3. Upload below provided QR Image
4. See error

Expected behavior
Scan successfully as other QR scanner working properly
