Custom profiles

Describe the issue
The default profiles force 30fps, i need the option for 60fps

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Upload any 60fps video with any predefined profiles enabled.
Create custom profiles has same issue.

Expected behavior
Uploaded video to have same fps as source video.

Additional context
When creating a profile or editing a profile, a drop down or text field for custom fps is needed.

Also, the option to enable source file to a selctable quality when watching a video.
Would be nice to have the 0-original profile available to activate among the encoding profiles.
