The logo at the top and bottom of the website should have an animation effect when you hover over it.
Something like this: https://emojipedia-us.s3.amazonaws.com/source/microsoft-teams/337/rocket_1f680.png

https://sys.cs.fau.de/ has some cool effect that their logo spins around sometimes, I'm unsure how to trigger it though
