Quitting KEYPAD mode keeps me stuck in KEYPAD #687

Hey everyone, I recently updated my packages and now I'm having an issue where hitting SPC puts me in keypad mode, and then quitting with C-g puts the point back in the main buffer, but keeps me stuck in keypad mode until I run meow-normal-mode manually. Quitting keypad with ESC works properly though.
