Feature Request: Export Data as GPX Files

Hi Meshtastic Team,

First of all, thank you for the incredible work on Meshtastic! I’ve been using it for my hiking and outdoor adventures, and it has been an interesting tool.

I wanted to suggest a feature that I believe would be beneficial for many users, including myself. Would it be possible to add an option to export data as GPX files? This would greatly enhance the usability for those of us who need to import the data into Osmand and other hiking apps that support the GPX format.

Here are a few points that might help:

Use Case: This feature would allow users to seamlessly transfer their hiking routes and data from Meshtastic to platforms like Osmand, improving the overall experience and usability.
Benefits: It would enable users to better track, analyze, and share their outdoor activities using widely adopted platforms.

It would be also nice to include waypoints in the data export.
