How do you want to extend this?

I would like to add a few formats

• flatbuffers/ flat nested
• msgpack
• bebop
  but unsure how you would like to handle do you want a new create instruction per format?
  also should we structure it to have serialize and deserialize benches ?

Amazing yes! Definitely wanna give those a shot. I just finished the code skeleton so let me just add more detail and comments to CONTRIBUTING.md and I'll follow up.
