Expected Behavior

I expect the trace data to be available in Elastic UI.

Actual Behaviour

With this config in application.yml file I get timeout:

I have these dependencies in my gradle build file:

implementation("io.micronaut.tracing:micronaut-tracing-opentelemetry-http")
// For OTLP exporter
implementation("io.opentelemetry:opentelemetry-exporter-otlp")
// For annotation processing
annotationProcessor("io.micronaut.tracing:micronaut-tracing-opentelemetry-annotation")
