Steps to reproduce

Having PowerToys "Enable" for ZoomIt set and using the "Record" keyboard shortcut or the tasktray right click "Record" button.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Normally, in the non-PowerToys ZoomIt version it would start recording the screen.

❌ Actual Behavior

Failed error message:
