Steps to reproduce

Recently, upon startup, a persistent white rectangle would appear on my screen, regardless of my efforts to remove it. The only solution was to restart the PC. Today, I noticed the ColorPicker icon briefly appearing on the taskbar, followed by the rectangle, and then the icon disappeared shortly after. I disabled ColorPicker in PowerToys, and the white rectangle vanished.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Not have a rectangle in the middle of screen

❌ Actual Behavior

overlaying white rectangle on the screen
