Description of the new feature / enhancement

Please add extension to alllow hiding top bar of window on hotkey

Scenario when this would be used?

Games on superultrawide and 42+ inches (TVs) monitors are often played in window mode. Top bar steals some of screen height. Also, some games can't adjust window size and part of game info can be off-screen
