Steps to reproduce

Key mapping is not consistent among apps. I am using to remap windows key as ctrl and vice versa.
When I do copy paste between apps, few apps work with remapped key, few works with actual key.

Copy is done with remapped key with source app, but paste does not happen so in other app.
Ex: copy/paste between Np++, Visual studio

✔️ Expected Behavior

To be consistent, key remapping should be supported/usable in all apps.
