Steps to reproduce

Updated both to the latest versions. PowerToys 0.88, Rustdesk 1.3.7

1. Start Powertoys
2. Start RustDesk

✔️ Expected Behavior

I expect RustDesk to work as normal if FancyZones is activated.

❌ Actual Behavior

If FancyZones is activated the RustDesk.exe window becomes completely white.
If i start RustDesk first or add RustDesk.exe to the exclusions it works as expected.
