Description of the new feature / enhancement

When updating PowerToys, the installation progress window is bright white, even when the system is in Dark Mode. This window should honor the system Dark Mode selection, appearing as it does in Light Mode, but with a dark background and light text when the system is in Dark Mode. As more and more programs and windows support Dark Mode, white windows become increasingly painful when they appear on the screen.

This is not merely a cosmetic effect (though admittedly it's not a critical problem), but is actually one of both user comfort/pain and legibility of a user's work area: A bright white window on a dark screen both hurts the eyes and absorbs all user attention away from any other windows where the user may be trying to work in parallel with the upgrade. It's like trying to read with a bright light shining in your face.

Scenario when this would be used?

Every time the user upgrades from one version of PowerToys to a new version. There are several long seconds where the white upgrade window appears visually dominating the screen. This is especially problematic on large monitors where users don't run windows full screen (so it's unlikely to be quickly hidden behind another dark window).
