Running as admin

Steps to reproduce

Enable zoomit
Zoom
Draw and arrow (or anything)
Then hit CTRL+Z

✔️ Expected Behavior

Last action (in this case the last arrow drawn) should go away

❌ Actual Behavior

Nothing happens. This works in the Sysinternals version, just not in the PowerToys version
