I get that it needs to be admin in order to complete the installer but why not provide a UX that UAC prompts in order to do that. I could understand it more if the winget listing for the win app sdk was up to date and also included experimental but the listings are all over the place (see attached)
Steps to reproduce the bug
Download Windows App SDK 1.7 experimental
Click on the installer download from the prompt in edge
Get a fail need to be admin
Expected behavior

Asks if the user would like to elevate to install

Hi @aclinick , We are unable to repro this bug. Can you confirm the version of OS, and choice of browser you are using to initiate the install from Downloads. As well as any other information.
