[enhancement]: Add support for self-extracting archives (sfx)

We currently maintain a pipeline tool that can produce self-extracting archives using 7zip, but given that the ArchiveFiles pipeline task already offer 7zip archiving I imaging that it should be possible to add self-extracting functionality by adding another archiveType called '7z.sfx'.

This would allow us to use a build in task for this fairly basic task.
