When I start chat or anything it always says 404 Resource not found.
Please help me solve this.

Loading

This was caused by a wrong API version in the environment variables. To fix the issue, change "AZURE_OPENAI_API_VERSION" to "2023-12-01-preview"

Take into account that there is new API verson. U can check under the model deployments.
