Is there a link that's broken? The README for the main part of the repo lists step 3 as "Deploy to Azure" and walks you through that. If you just happened to go to the "docs" folder looking for everything, I'm not sure that folder was meant to be used as the starting point for everything, so it would be best to start on the main README and dig through the info from there, it does a pretty good job of walking you through everything.

Ah, got it, so the "Next" link on this page is broken. I'm in the same boat then, not sure what should be there, but the info is on the main README and it explains how to deploy it.
