Ever since a ran and configured Dev Home, my system updates UniGetUI components at least 3 times a day, out of band of normal windows updates

Steps to reproduce the bug

I just filled-in the settings that were missing/unset.

Expected result

System runs smoothly. I shouldn't be constantly interrupted for WUAC security prompts for UniGetUI components that I know nothing about or what application uses them. BTW, I see no messages about UniGetUI, but I know this is what causes them because ever since I setup the settings for this, I have wondered what would be changed, and I immediately started having theses issues.

Actual result

Constantly interrupted to answer WUAC security prompts, such as to install various Windows SDK's that I already have installed.
