quota readme doesn't say what to look for

Describe the bug
quota_check.md give instructions for running a check, but doesn't say what to look for in the output?
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open quota_check.md and read information
   Expected behavior
   Should say what would be a successful output from running the code.
