Readme missing information on what's in the repo #318

Describe the bug
The readme gives a great introduction to the application and detailed information about how to deploy. But it's missing a description of what is in each of the folders in the repo. I want to know where to go to see the code that accesses the LLM model, for example - what folder would I find that in?
Just a table of each folder/subfolder and what's in there would be a great help.
