macOS JAMF Schema Out of Date

It looks like some of the antivirus engine settings in schema.json are incorrect. On Jan 11th a change was made on Microsoft Docs with updated preference keys: MicrosoftDocs/microsoft-365-docs@100cf7e

The main change appears to merge the multiple boolean preference keys for enableRealTimeProtection and passiveMode into a single enforcementLevel string key.
