MsQuic compatibility with User Space Threads

I am working on implementing a Publisher-Subscriber application using MsQuic and am planning to use user space threads (using Boost.fiber ) to manage the subscriptions.

Had a query on whether I can safely use MsQuic functions such as StreamSend, StreamOpen, StreamStart concurrently from user space threads

You should be able to call the stream APIs from any thread.
