Build Version: 20241120.1
Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

Expand one MongoDB cluster in VS Code -> Right click one database to open the context menu.
Check whether there is a "Refresh" action for the database of MongoDB cluster.

Expect:
There is a "Refresh" action for the database of MongoDB cluster, like the database action of "Cosmos DB for NoSQL" account.

Actual:
There is no "Refresh" action for the database of MongoDB cluster.

More Info:
This issue also reproduces for the collection of MongoDB cluster.
