Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

Create a MongoDB cluster in Azure Portal and copy its connection string.
Expand "WORKSPACE" view in VS Code -> Expand "MongoDB Cluster Accounts" node -> Click "+ New Connection..." to connect the above MongoDB cluster with an incorrect password.
Expand the connected MongoDB cluster -> There is an error "Failed to authenticate (click to retry)" -> Click the error message.
Check whether there is an option to connect MongoDB cluster again.

Expect:
There is an option to connect MongoDB cluster again.

Actual:
There is no option to connect MongoDB cluster again.
