Settings for microphone volume

Hi,

I'm using a Shure SM57 and on OBS i need to increase the volume to +5 dB because my microphone is very silent.
When I change the volume with the plugin, it goes back to +0 dB so I need to fix it manually in OBS. So i wanted to suggest to add settings for applying max and min dB to sources.
