Administrators need to seek for special skills (like DTUS) in the whole database in order to trigger people at the national level.

The need:

  • a form having the visible skills + the "other skills" field just like in the "Create trigger" form
  • when clicking "Search", a list of nivols appear in a large textarea, ready to copy/paste

That way, user will be able to click on "trigger by nivols" in the audience form and paste the result of that search form.
