India Map is not correct

@mledoze In india it's illegal to show incorrect map excluding Jammu and Kashmir or any part of disputed territories. Can you please add one more version of geojson including disputed territories?

While it may be useful to add "boundaries according to the India government", it would be preferable to add it solely as a variant rather that replace real boundaries.

@matkoniecz real boundary is what is not defined in this case. I would suggest not to tag anything as 'real.' Boundary according to XYZ government should suffice or something more pleasant to read.
