規約の英語対応について #2

目的

英語圏の人が参加した際にルールを把握してもらうために英語で規約を記述・追記する提案があった

運営の方向性

日本のギルドのため、基本的に日本語で統一する
（一部の文面）除名対象になりうる守って欲しい事柄については合わせて英語で記述してみる
英語圏の人を拒否することなく、参加したい英語圏の人が前向きに使いたいのであればそれは問題なく参加を受け入れる
似たようなギルドは他にもあるので、全てのユーザーに対して求めるものでなくオンライン上の一部ユーザーにとって有意義な場所を作っていく
