Improve naming convention explanation

  • include screen grabs of representative example names as appear in RStudio file directory
  • recommend short meaningful names
  • improve warnings around how painful it will be to change model names later (manual file name changes and in file changes) to encourage users to take the time to come up with good, lasting meaningful names
