Assigned @jhpyke and @murad-ali-MoJ as you have previous commits to this page, but not sure where long-term responsibility for this should sit.

Now that the dbt-athena-upgrade is no longer an upgrade branch but is in main, shouldn't much of this guidance be moved to the overall guidance for Create a Derived Table, rather than here?
