Citations not processed by pandoc on export

Hello! When I export my Obsidian note, I am able to produce word documents but the citations just stay in the [@citation] form and are not converted. Pandoc works on my machine from the command line, it's just this plugin I can't seem to get working.
I've disabled the progress bar in case that had anything to do with it per the other issue, but it's made no difference. What am I doing wrong?
The only thought I have is whether my input in 'Extra Arguments' is not as it should be?

I've tried taking out resource path and just putting the following but no difference:
--bibliography "/Users/michaelbaldwin/Library/Mobile Documents/iCloudmdobsidian/Documents/Zettelkasten/20 Literature Notes/AlfredLibrary2023-08-11.bib"

And:
--bibliography=""/Users/michaelbaldwin/Library/Mobile Documents/iCloudmdobsidian/Documents/Zettelkasten/20 Literature Notes/AlfredLibrary2023-08-11.bib"
