Compute should give an exception when a custom header file does not exist #268

When a custom header does not exist Compute currently gives a warning:

900 [main] WARN org.molgenis.compute.generators.impl.ScriptGenerator - >> Custom header not found (/groups/umcg-bios/tmp04/umcg-ndeklein/molgenis-pipelines/compute5/Public_RNA-seq_QC/templates/slurm/header.ftl)

Instead of giving a warning it should exit with an error.
