Support for measures

I would like to know if the specs support elements such as measures (distance, angle, dihedral)?

Yes, it sounds like a feature I would use myself when it will be done

We have merged initial primitives MVS which supports distance measurement, see molstar/molstar#1300. More measurement types to follow.
