The current docs only describe CurateGPT functions.

They should also include:

Material from the paper (https://arxiv.org/pdf/2411.00046)
a "getting started" section
more examples
more detailed instructions on how to use your own ontology
more detailed instructions on how to use wrappers
more detailed instructions on how to use alternative LLMs

Should also move over some examples from docstrings and the notebooks.
