New QC check: Mondo:equivalentTo and Mondo:otherHierarchy #8590

Mondo:otherHierarchy indicates that the external term Mondo is referencing is not in a "disease" branch.

Mondo:equivalentTo indicated that the external term Mondo is referencing is considered to be exactly the same as the Mondo term.

Therefore these 2 sources should not be used at the same time as a source for the same cross-reference.

TO DO: create a QC check to report terms with cross-reference with both Mondo:otherHierarchy and Mondo:equivalentTo source.
