I'm seeing this on a NFCU account in acceptance. Its likely due to the maintenance that they are doing, but we should still have some support for it.

The account did receive an error webhook for the no accounts code, but we do not have proper handling of it yet.

Both add some basic handling of this error.

Still need to add something to update the link (or at least attempt to).

Also need to exclude error state links from recurring jobs.
