Cohorts not included in "moodle/cohort:view" capability

I just noticed that our "Managers" who have their view site-wide cohorts capability (moodle/cohort:view) set to allow cannot see any of the cohorts created using this plugin. The cohorts show up on the site-wide cohorts page, but not on the 'Only cohort members' drop-down list of a self-enrolment settings page.

Hi @bfriesenvcc ,

I struggle to reproduce this issue.
May I ask you were able to overcome this problem in the meantime? Maybe it is just some sort of capability assignment problem in your manager role?

Thanks for your reply, abias. It's been a long time, so my mind isn't clear on this, but I don't believe it's been resolved. I will look at it next week (or soon thereafter) and provide you with an update.
