[browser] Broken chunkloading when attempting to use moonlight on mobile-web

Ends up redirect looping back to login page and tries to load into the main app page but fails due to chunks failing to load

Seems to be loading too late, no idea if there's anything we can do to fix this, let alone caring to.

Nevermind. It loaded the desktop version, still doesn't work if its on the mobile version

I've had weird intermittent chunk loading errors, let's see if we can rewrite the logic to be more like desktop with script blocking.
