Consider core crate

Right now, everything that is shared between crates is done... not in the best way and it would be better if i split everything that needs to be shared into one core create and move stuff like data and configuration into that crate.

Would make maintenance easier and would let all crates that depend on core stuff to depend on that one crate instead of doing circular shenanigans.
