Bug took a couple of hours to appear in the backlog

Bug took a couple of hours to appear in the backlog, I was told it should be a few minutes at most.

Bug 945387 was the one in that case.

Even after viewing the bug in scrumbugz and clicking refresh it didn't appear in the backlog. But it did appear after a couple of hours.

Today I had to update a 2 day old bug update... to get points

@hfiguiere when this happens you can use the Find a Bug button in the banner at the top of every Scrumbugs page to find where that bug is in Scrumbugs then use the Refresh Data button on the resulting page to force its update.

@pmclanahan it might be helpful to have an average/median sync time chart similar to the one you provide for bugmail stats.
