No trackear las extensiones del wiki #283

He quitado el gitignore que trackee las extensiones de mediawiki, porque las actualizamos desde el server.

Pero habría que quitar los archivos del repo para que no hagamos un pull a prod y se nos machaque el cotenido local.

Habría que ver si en stage rompe algo o borra el contenido local, que no debería si el gitignore hace su trabajo.
