Message disappears under keyboard

When turning my phone horizontal, so I can use the keyboard better (keys bigger), the message line disappears under the keyboard. (Now I can type easier, but I can't see what I am typing!). I thought it is a problem with the phone, but the same did not happen with ConnectA2. Unfortunately I am now unable to install OpenWapp, so cannot make a screenprint.

The code of openwapp was writen with the landscape mode off and on request of users they turned it on afterwards.

What screen size does your phone display has? What version of the Alcatel One Touch is it?

I tested it with my Alcatel One Touch device (Firefox OS 2.0) and with Firefox OS Simulator 1.3 both look similar to the following screen shot

The screen is 100X55mm. I do not know what version of Alcatel it is, it is not written on the phone, or in the device information. The only info about the phone is on the battery.
