Parity version check will not working for the new parity versions [RegEx] #1

The regex in the main parity task is not compatible with the current Parity version semantic.

working regex: parity --version | grep 'version Parity' | sed -n -E -e 's/.*version Parity-Ethereum\/v([0-9\\.]*)-.*/\1/p'
