Install script fails on new system because brew is not in PATH #41

The install script downloads and installs homebrew (if not already installed) and then uses it to install a list of packages. On a fresh system however, brew is not added to the PATH in-between those two steps. PATH needs to be updated prior to attempting to install brew packages.
