Scroll To Hash - Don't set hash in url bar

I've got a use case where I'm scrolling to an element and I don't want to update the url bar. Would be nice to disable to setHash inside scrollToHash.

Not sure how to do it without updating the api. And don't have much time atm. Should be pretty straight forward though. Pull request? :)
