To reproduce

rustup default nightly
rustup upgrade
rustc --version
# rustc 1.71.0-nightly (dbba59457 2023-05-01)
dioxus --version
# dioxus 0.3.1
dioxus serve

It gives empty page

release mode or rust stable works.
