WT1 missing from isoform_overrides_uniprot_from_biomart_91 and isoform_overrides_uniprot

Thanks @rhshah. @inodb can you review your python notebook and help figure this out? The issue might be in biomart. WT1 has a uniprot entry here - http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P19544

Thanks for reporting @rhshah! I'm on vacation atm but will have a look next week. I also see that genome Nexus outputs a canonical ensembl gene for WT1 https://www.genomenexus.org/ensembl/canonical-gene/hgnc/WT1 so must be in the biomart v91 dump. I started from the existing uniprot overrides list in this repo, might be out of date. Will have a look when I get back

WT1 is now included in isoform_overrides_uniprot. @inodb do you still need isoform_overrides_uniprot_from_biomart_91 to live separately, or can I remove it? Not all those isoforms may be available for GRCh37 users.
