Does vcf2maf work for Mac OS? #176

seems to only work for linux systems. Is there an equivalent one for Mac OS? Also, does vcf2maf only work for VEP v86, but not newer versions of VEP?

Maybe you can use docker to create a Linux System to run all related commands or software. The vcf2maf can work for the latest VEP version. I use VEP 91 and it works fine.
